WARRANTY - CONDITIONS OF USE
Woodstock Electric Guitars warranty all our complete guitars, to be free of manufacturing defects for 2 years to the original purchaser.
Should a problem arise return the guitar via fully insured courier to the address provided when making contact and every effort will be made to repair or replace it, free of charge, and as quickly as possible.
The warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and is non transferable. The warranty does not cover damage through misuse or improper handling, normal wear to any hardware, parts or finish, neither does it cover any form of modification or repair undertaken by anyone other than Woodstock Electric Guitars.
The warranty will automatically be valid from the day the guitar is delivered, by Woodstock Electric Guitars. We will keep Documents of all specifications including finish, hardware and pickups, any modifications to these specifications will invalidate the warranty.
Repairs and replacements of bodies and necks, will only take place before being finished off by the buyer, any damage or issues caused due to buyers customizing and/or finishing will not be covered under this warranty.
Any damage caused by the courier must be alerted to us within 12 hours of delivery, otherwise we will be unable to accept returns.
Responsibility for all return costs rest with the purchaser.
PAYMENT PLANS.
These are pre arranged installment agreements, discussed with and agreed upon.
Invoiced via PayPal for complete peace of mind. All PayPal Fees are included in the agreed price.
All installments must be made at each agreed interval (Weekly/Monthly) .
Work starts once 50% has been received, and the final item will be sent on clearance of final installment.
RE-DESIGNS and CUSTOM CONCEPT DRAWINGS.
A Surcharge of £50 is required for all design concept images and design changes to standard designs, Full custom designs carry a fee of £75. All Design fees Payable before designs are sent and before any agreements are made.
